When you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in your craft room, this Country Birdhouse Takin’ It Up Tuesday card is perfect for that. Take yesterday’s Country Birdhouse card and elevate it with a sweet 20-minute craft room escape. I love how I can create two very similar cards in just a few minutes or take my time and come up with a detailed art piece. Either way, the Country Birdhouse Bundle is perfect for both quick and elaborate projects. And who doesn’t love birds?

Can you just picture yourself looking out your window, watching the birds visit your birdhouse, listening to their chatter, all while playing with your favorite crafting tools? Crafting toys are always the best!

For today’s card, I used all of the elements in the Country Birdhouse dies to create this amazing multi-layered birdhouse. I kept the same designer papers: Country Lace and Country Woods. The Country Lace serves as a deckled circle background, allowing me to add that adorable chain piece. I’ve backed it with an embossed piece of Basic Beige cardstock using the Brick Embossing Folder to get that true outdoorsy feel.

Using a mix of stamped images, die-cut designer paper, and a couple of Stampin’ Blends, I was able to create all of the intricate elements for my lifelike Country Birdhouse. Of course, I had to use my craft room diamonds (Stampin’ Dimensionals) to pop up the tiny circle and create a bird perch. The added Poppy Parade flowers provide just the right amount of color to complete the finished art to perfection.

This card is perfect for any occasion and a delightful project for any crafter. Whether you’re crafting a quick card or an intricate masterpiece, the Country Birdhouse Bundle is sure to bring joy to your crafting sessions.
