Happy Valentine’s Day everyone. I’m sure you all have had ton’s of chocolate and your home or office smells just like a florist shop.
Today I wanted to share the card I made for this oh so special day. Not only did it use a stunning technique, quilting, but I gives you all the hearts and xxxoooo that the day deserves.
By attaching stripes of paper together and then cutting it out with the Top Note Die you get this patchwork sort of design. You could also use squares to give it a more authentic quilt look but for this one I wanted to keep it less busy and show off the designer paper. There is lots of paper and texture here so keeping it a bit cleaner was more of what I was after for the focal point.
With the simple sentiment of “happy valentine’s day” for Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set this card says is all.
