Welcome back, Stampers, to another exciting episode of Takin’ It Up Tuesday! I’m thrilled to be here once again, sharing with you how to take a simple card and elevate it to new heights – perhaps more than just a notch on occasion! 😄

This week, I’ve chosen to spotlight the Heartfelt Hello stamp set, a fabulous freebie during Sale-a-Bration. But wait, there’s more! I’ve brought in its partner in crime, the Heartfelt Hexagon bundle. This bundle includes the Hexagon Punch, which pairs perfectly with the greetings from the Heartfelt Hello set. That awesome border around the greeting? You guessed it – courtesy of the Heartfelt Hexagon bundle!

Now, let’s talk about today’s card and how we’re taking it up a notch. First off, I swapped out the Softly Sophisticated designer paper for a piece of Basic White cardstock, which I embossed with the Softly Sophisticated Embossing Folder. Don’t worry, I still incorporated that designer paper, but I shrunk it down a bit, added some matting, and popped it up with my trusty stash of dimensionals.

But we’re not done yet! Next, I added an element from the Nested Essentials dies – you can find these online in my store under the Online Exclusive section. And let’s not forget about the ribbon – I took it up a notch by creating a beautiful bow.

Of course, I continued to use those darling Opaque Faceted Gems, but this time, I elevated the greeting by adding the fancy outline from the coordinating Heartfelt Hexagon stamp set. It’s all about those little details that make a big difference!

I hope you’re enjoying my series of Makin’ It Monday’s and Takin’ It Up A Notch Tuesday’s. I can’t wait to see you next week! In the meantime, don’t forget to join me live later this week on YouTube.
