Everybody love’s hedgehogs and this stinkin’ cute Happy Hedgehogs card is so easy to make!
Step by Step Tutorial: Stinkin’ Cute Happy Hedgehogs
The What:
The new Happy Hedgehogs Bundle from Stampin’ Up! is in the January-June 2022 Mini Catalog and includes an awesome Happy Hedgehogs Stamp Set and a coordinating Hedgehog Builder Punch which makes it super easy to create some added dimension to you greeting cards.
The How:
I started out with a Sahara Sand card base and layered it with a piece of the Friendly Hello Designer Paper from this years Sale-a-Bration sections. The paper has some great coordinating papers that match the Friendly Hello Stamp Set but the flip sides have some gorgeous mellow pattern one of which I selected for today’s card.

- Designer Paper Layer: Friendly Hello DSP 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Element Layer: Petal Pink 4″ x 4″
- Greeting Layer: Basic White 4″ x 4″
The WOW!
I used on of the dies from the Encircled in Beauty Dies to create a unique background for this card but did you notice that I put if off the edge of the card and trimmed it to fit. Have you ever not used an element in it’s original form? I would love to hear what you done in the comments section below. I’m sure you agree that this is really a stinkin’ cute Happy Hedgehogs card!
I also stamped that stinkin’ cute Happy Hedgehog onto some Sahara Sand card stock with some Early Espresso ink and yep you guessed it I used the Hedgehog builder punch to quickly punch him out. Once popped up onto the card it surely makes for a wow finish.
