The What:
This would make a great Valentine, birthday or a just because card and aren’t these Awesome Otters just the cutest things you’ve ever seen?
The How:
The partnered up some Basic White cardstock with the Splatters Embossing Folder to create a splashing water effect and I think I’ve fallen in love with this folder as it makes such a nice subtle yet interesting backdrop for my cards. I stamped that adorable otter onto some scrap basic white, used some Stampin’ Blends to color it in and then die cut it with one of the dies from the Beautiful Shapes Dies.

- Thick Basic White Cardstock 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ for card base
- Basic White Layer 3 3/4″ x 5″
- Sweet Talk Designer Series Paper 1 1/2″ x 5″
- Supple Shimmer Specialty Paper 3/4″ x 5″

When it’s put together with that splatter background and that Awesome Otter peeking out of the water and then that little bit of sparkle from the Supple Shimmer Paper and that dash of real red ribbon it truly does make for a card that says your are Otterly Awesome!
