Welcome to another Makin’ It Monday! Today, we’re celebrating one of life’s simple pleasures: coffee. AKA Latte Love! Whether you’re a dedicated aficionado or just enjoy the occasional cup, there’s something undeniably comforting about that first sip in the morning, especially on a Monday. Now that’s really Latte Love.

For this week’s project, I wanted to capture that cozy feeling with a simple yet charming Latte Love card. Drawing inspiration from the recently released Latte Love Collection from the Online Exclusives by Stampin’ Up!, I found myself gravitating towards a suite that perfectly encapsulates the warmth and comfort of a good cup of joe. You can find a full selection of the Online Exclusives my Stampin’ Up Store.

Latte Love Thank You Card

I opted for a minimalist approach, much like my preference for a classic black coffee. Using Calypso Coral and Lost Lagoon cardstock, I stamped my coffee cups, even by using line art images this eliminate the need for coloring. A quick run through a die-cut machine or a snip with some trusty paper snips adds dimension without sacrificing simplicity.

To create just that touch of texture I dry embossed the white background using the upcoming So Swirly embossing folder, reminding me of wisps of steam rising from a freshly brewed cup. I know it currently is not available because it is not yet released I thought I’d give you a bit of a sneak peek. And you are going to be in awe of it’s size. Coming it at 6″ x 8″ it will expand embossing to a greater variety of paper crafting projects. I am already dreaming about the.

And those coffe splatters? They’re a playful nod to the inevitable little spills that happen when you’re in a rush – just like me on any given morning.

What I love most about this card is its versatility. Despite its eye catching appearance, it comes together in a flash, proving that you can create something beautiful in less time than it takes to savor a latte. So whether you’re crafting before your morning caffeine fix or winding down with a cup in hand, may this Latte Love card bring a smile to your face and a warm hug to your heart. Happy Makin’ It Monday!

I hope you enjoyed today’s Makin’ It Monday card as much as I enjoyed creating it. Stay tuned for my Take It Up Tuesday version, coming your way tomorrow! More inspiration in the meantime can be found in the Trusty Tools Takin’ It Up Tuesday.
